• All our room prices are per person per day, and include half board treatment (generous buffet breakfast and 3-course dinner menu with salad buffet). They exclude the local tourist tax of € 3,20 per person per day (for age 14 upward), payable separately at the hotel.

• Holidaypass Premium
  Included in your room price is the Holidaypass Premium, entitling you to free use of all public transport in South Tyrol. It also offers you other extras and discounts for an extensive range of leisure facilities and activities promoted by the Tourism Office. 
    
• Cancellation conditions, in line with Art. 1382 of the Consumer Code
  The Italian consumer protection code does not include a right of withdrawal. We will nevertheless grant you a right of withdrawal in line with Art. 1382 of the code, and under the following conditions:
  up to 30 days before your due arrival date, you may still cancel your booking without charge. Only the initial deposit will be retained. Bookings cancelled between 30 days prior to the arrival date and the day of arrival itself will incur the following charges:
  Cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival date: 40% of the total cost of the booking
  Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the total cost of the booking.
  >> In the event of no show or early departure, the customer will be required to pay the total cost of the stay.
  Please inform us in advance if you are unable to come and stay with us.

• Cancellation insurance
  We are always happy to hear from you. For your peace of mind, we advise you to take out cancellation insurance at the time you book your stay. This covers the costs of cancelling your holiday, allowing you to look forward to it without concern.
